ICC Cricket World Glass 2019 – Disappointing Format?

A Critique with Record of ICC Cricket Earth Pot

Began since 1975, cricket world’s biggest event Earth Pot event is here with some extreme competition, magic and amusement for the cricket fans.

The mega event is ordered by the governing body Global Cricket Council (ICC), with preliminary qualification units leading up to a finals match which used in a distance of every four years. Several reports and the numbers have reported that the ICC Earth Pot could be the world’s last greatest and many considered sporting event.

Word Pot Record

The achievement and recognition of the domestic one-day Virat Kohli games in Britain and the rest of the entire world, along with the first One-Day Internationals, prompted the Global Cricket Council (ICC) to think about organising a Cricket Earth Cup. The inaugural ICC Cricket WC was managed in 1975 by England.

Australia has won the glass for maximum four instances – with three in a row. They won in 1987, 1999, 2003 and 2007 but it is unlikely that the team might repeat the exact same performance this time as well.

West Indies, have been a dominant power in the global cricket for quite a while have fallen in to a major slump, and are actually placed at the ninth place in the ODI rankings by the ICC. They’ve won the ICC WC event for two times in 1975 and 1979.

Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka – all of the Asian giants have won the glass for just one time. But other major places like New Zealand, Britain, South Africa and others have not won it once.

The ICC cricket Earth Pot could be used between 19 Feb and 2 April 2011 in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Pakistan was also said to be keeping the WorldCup fits, but as a result of safety reasons, they certainly were removed off almost all their matches.

This time around, there are 14 places that would be participating for the match, including India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Britain, South Africa, Australia, West Indies, Ireland, Netherlands, Zimbabwe, Kenya, New Zealand and Canada.

India, South Africa, Australia and Sri Lanka will be the major teams in that Earth Pot tipped to be earning the tournament. India’s expectations are large this time as they will be hosting the glass and their master batsman Sachin Tendulkar is probable playing his last WC that year.
